We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join us on a 3-6 month contract. You will be a pillar of support for the team in this busy and varied role, supporting the smooth running of the Agency.

The role:

Working alongside the Senior Operations Manager you will provide administrative and operations support to our busy team. This role will be based in our office in Lamberhurst 5 days a week.,

  • Day-to-day administration, facilities and basic IT support

  • Logistical support to the team eg organising meetings, event planning, researching and booking flights, car hire and hotels for upcoming trips

  • Day to day management of the office, ensuring it is kept tidy and organised, fully stocked with supplies, and alongside the Operations Manager, make sure Health and Safety requirements are met

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for the agency

  • Provide admin support as needed to the Managing Director and Snr Ops Manager, eg diary management and occasional PA services, inputting and managing client data and liaising with suppliers/ stakeholders

  • Support our Client Leadership and Social Media teams to run smoothly

  • Assist with the smooth running of projects within the Agency including the management of our online stock footage and music accounts and supporting with research around sourcing venues for shoots etc

  • Coordination of staff events, bakery Fridays and staff gifts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organised and a natural problem solver

  • The ability to build strong relationships with our team and wider network of freelancers

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong IT literacy

  • Ability to work autonomously when required

  • An interest the creative and marketing industry

  • Driving licence and car - our office is in a beautiful location, but unfortunately is not well served by public transport.


  • Nice to have:
  • At least 1 year's experience of an office environment

  • Experience of managing tasks to budget and deadlines

  • Experience working in similar or administrative role

  • Experience working in a creative agency is beneficial but not essential.
