Full Job Description
- Coordinate team activities to meet business objectives, adopting a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality systems within the manufacturing area.
- Provide necessary training to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain continuous supply of components to production areas.
- Oversee transportation of finished products to the sterilizer.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to Quality System specifications and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in recruitment, employee relations, and team member development processes.
- Motivate team members and actively engage in continuous improvement programs.
Desirable qualification: NVQ2 (ONC, CIM & City & Guilds) - Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in leading personnel in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP, QDMS, and LDMS systems would be beneficial.
- Ability to influence and good problem solving skills
