Online Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales team, contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and orders

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate promotional activities

- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

Proven experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
