Online Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Assistant you will deal with customers via all our online platforms (Ebay, Amazon and our own websites). The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer enquires via email, telephone and on our online chats.

You will be answering questions from customers regarding order information, tracking, product information and warranty requests.

The candidate will also be an all rounder, able to deal with customers face to face in a retail showroom.

We are looking for a professional individual who is able to adapt to multiple roles throughout the day. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have good communication skills, highly organised and have good self-motivation.

You will be IT literate with a high attention to detail. Product knowledge and system training will be provided to the successful candidate.

UKB4C LTD supplies online orders of car parts/accessories and camping and leisure equipment via our our own websites (www.ukcampingandleisure.co.uk, www.bars4cars.co.uk) as well as eBay and Amazon. We have also recently opened a brand new camping and leisure showroom and we have an exciting opportunity to expand our customer service team.
