Office supervisor

Established company since 2011, family run studio-based portrait company, that has given thousands of customers over the years fond and happy memories, from the experiences we provide. making every shoot and viewing experience fun and relaxed.

We have a dedicated studio, office and viewing area and now we want to expand, by creating a new sector to the business, dedicating it to the overall customer experience. We have been going from strength to strength and we now need to expand our small team, to reach the next milestone.

This role is on a part time/Permanent basis. The candidate will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, dealing with customer enquiries, calling and emailing all leads and bookings. The right person will have a good knowledge of excel and working with computers with a happy and confident phone manner, that is self-motivated.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Days: Tuesday Friday 10am-2pm
