Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and possess a solid understanding of human resources practices., Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads and conducting initial screenings
- Oversee employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks software for bookkeeping purposes

Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software for bookkeeping purposes is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively
