Full Job Description

  • Handle initial customer inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media platforms.

  • Assist in processing quotes and follow-ups in coordination with sales staff.

  • Support the sales process, including routine customer contacts and satisfaction surveys.

  • Assist in marketing initiatives, such as e-shots, mailshots, and maintaining social media profiles.


  • General Administration:
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Administer contracts, book couriers, and manage records including holiday, sick leave, and petty cash.

  • Assist in office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merges), Outlook, and internet research.
