Full Job Description

Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for this exciting, newly created role of Office Administrator, based in Staines, Surrey.,

  • Raising Purchase Orders across the Commercial, Central Teams and for Staines Office.

  • Managing Invoice Queries

  • Working with functional cost centre owners to ensure timely and accurate administration is completed

  • Liaising and building relationships with shared service accounts payable shared service centre

  • Maintain efficient trackers and files of financial administration (e.g. POs etc)

  • Office Management Duties including inventory checking, ordering supplies, liaise with cleaners

    We are seeking a candidate who can ideally demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, dealing with systems such as SAP, Coupa ect, can demonstrate a methodical way of working, whilst building rapport with internal / external stakeholders., Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.

  • Office Management: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Software Skills: Strong Proficiency in expense and purchase order management systems (e.g. SAP, Coupa) and MS Office is essential

  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • In the Dairy Consumer Foods business division (where this role is based) we have a strong track record in innovation underpinned by technology and science across both well known consumer brands and Private Label products. Through our multi-geographical presence (UK, Ireland, and Western Europe) we have a deep consumer insight and relationships with our retail customers. Our core categories include cheese snacks, (Strings and Things, Attack-a-Snak), natural cheese (block, slices and grated), processed cheese, as well as butter, dairy and plant based spreads through Dairygold, Low Low, Pure and Golden Cow. We are also the largest supplier of Private Label dairy spreads, supplying all major retailers in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.

    This position is initially based on a part time (16 hours per week, offering flexi hours), 6 month fixed term contract however, there is real scope for the successful candidate to become permanent.,
