Full Job Description

We're on the lookout for a versatile and dynamic individual to join us as an Office Administrator / Client Account Person. This part-time (ideally 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday - we're open to discussing flexible working arrangements), in-house position is perfect for someone who excels in a varied role, and who has experience in combining administrative duties with direct client interaction and account management. If you're organised, personable, and ready to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations and client relations, we're looking for you.,

  • Handle phone duties, including answering calls and setting appointments.


  • Conduct initial client meetings to gather information and qualify leads.


  • Liaise with the team for detail checks and proposal creation based on our recommendations.


  • Manage proposal sending, follow-ups, and project scheduling to ensure timely delivery.


  • Take charge of invoicing and client onboarding processes.


  • Perform regular check-ins with clients as part of account management duties.


  • Would Be Nice:
  • Skills in basic website maintenance, including adding pages/posts.


  • A knack for copywriting and analytics analysis.


  • Your Day-to-Day:

    New clients initially meet with one of our team, before you take the reins for follow-up and proposal management.

    You'll have the autonomy to schedule bi-weekly client meetings, managing these interactions with professionalism and care.

    Your role is crucial in bridging communication between clients and our team, ensuring smooth project progression and client satisfaction.

    Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Shows initiative and can work independently, but also loves collaborating with a team.

    Has experience or a keen interest in digital marketing and branding (not essential, but a bonus).

    Good IT skills and knows their way around Click-up.
