1010 Solutions has been established for over 15 years. We are a complete non fault accident management company who specialise in clients who have been involved in a non-fault accident. We provide post-accident services that may assist the client.

We specialises in the Accident Management field, providing accident replacement cars, specifically focusing on assisting claimants involved in road traffic accidents. We offer comprehensive services to other businesses operating in the accident management sector, including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims managers. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end solutions with a smooth process to insure customer satisfaction., We are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to work in a team based environment to maximise the conversion of vehicle hire claims delivering a "best in class" service to our client base. The service delivery is providing a thorough management of the End to End claims cycle, including communication and monitoring of all providers within the motor supply chain.

As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and processing all new insurance claims. This will involve providing a timely, professional and high-quality service to clients, additionally, as a you will be professional, confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and prepared to go the extra mile to achieve results.

What you will do

  • Processing claims and general administrative support as required.

  • Updating clients on progress of their claims by telephone and email, resolving queries, raising and sending customer invoices.

  • To gather and collate information, to assist Claims Handlers with the effective handling of all claims

  • Deal with invoice & statement queries.

  • Scanning / filing and archiving paperwork.

  • To answer inbound calls within KPI/SLA standards

  • To efficiently and accurately register new Motor Claims and effectively assist with the representation of the first interface between the customer and the company

  • Answering incoming telephone calls.

  • Assist with associated ad-hoc duties and projects as directed.

  • Liaise with other functions in obtaining required information in the performance of your duties.

  • To ensure all new claims are logged in line with compliance standards and requirements

  • To liaise with other companies, internal departments and employees as appropriate in order to minimise the inconvenience to the customer and maximise the efficiency of the claims registration procedure

  • A positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers, and where appropriate, representatives of the Company's clients.

  • A willingness to perform minor administrative tasks as requested by senior members of staff.

  • Pay: £17,888.00-£23,796.00 per year
