Full Job Description

Office Administrator Vacancy.


We have a vacancy for an Office Assistant.

Basic accounts using Xero would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

Produce Sales Invoices.

Self-billing, matching with receipts.

Supplier Invoices.

Payments.

Reconcile bank.

Answer telephone and take orders and messages.

Filing.

Plus any other jobs that are needed to help run the office!


Monday to Friday hours 09.00 to 17.00.


Pay depending on age and experience.


We are based in Grateley Nr. Andover.
