Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business, booking deliveries, calculating profits, managing workloads and proactively aiding the business. This is a diverse role requiring a proactive and self-motivated individual and is a full-time position located at our office in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties, including data entry, booking deliveries, managing workloads

- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, social media post and work-related documents

- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries

- Conduct research and compile data as requested

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Utilize Microsoft Office, Canva Pro and other software to help with showcase our products and services.

- Liaise with external companies to manage customers packages

Proactive attitude the ability to adapt to different tasks

- Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry and file management

- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette preferred

- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience using Canva or other editing software

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous experience in an office administrative role is preferred
