Full Job Description

Overall management of all Mistek Servicing/Maintenance

  • Setting up new and management of existing maintenance contracts

  • Scheduling engineers, Invoicing and management of 1 off servicing, remedial works & callouts

  • Workforce management - scheduling, customer bookings etc

  • Chasing/calling installations that require servicing

  • Meeting targets to sign up maintenance contracts


  • Admin
  • Answering the phone - dealing with initial enquiries, routing calls to correct person

  • Vehicle management - Booking in services, repairs etc

  • On site staff management - Ordering sundry materials/items, printing paperwork, adding projects to our scheduling system


  • Various other tasks
    - Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
    - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
    - Maintain and update office records and databases
    - Assist with data entry and document management
    - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
    - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
    - Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
    - Manage office supplies and inventory
    - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
    - Maintain a professional and organized office environment

    Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
    - Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
    - Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed
    - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
    - Ability to type quickly and accurately
    - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
