Full Job Description

This post is working with the primary care occupational therapy teams in Wrexham and Flintshire.

The post holder will work with occupational therapists to deliver patient centred care and rehabilitation within the patient's own homes. The clinical caseload is varied providing excellent job satisfaction.

The post holder will work with a large and experienced team, providing informal and formal supervision and development opportunities., The post holder would be responsible for delivering treatment programmes with the patients that have been devised by the Occupational Therapist, as well as carrying out routine administrative duties.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
