Full Job Description

The primary purpose of the role is to provide guidance should employees require support, report absent from work, or facilitate conversations to help individuals remain in work as part of a self-referral advice line. The post holder will promote recovery at the earliest opportunity, thereby helping to prevent long-term ill health and actively promote positive workplace health and wellbeing. The role also provides a key support to the staff health and wellbeing programme, focussing on preventative and proactive engagement across the organisation., The post holder will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls and e-mails from employees seeking advice, information and help on a variety of health and wellbeing related issues. Following algorithms, the post holder will have the ability to triage and determine best outcomes for staff using a range of health intervention options.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
