Full Job Description
- The Nursery Room Manager will foster a love of learning and creativity through play-based experiences.
- Lead and supervise children within the nursery.
- Full understanding of nursery setting procedures.
- Ensure the safety, health, and hygiene of the children.
Minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NNEB). - Previous experienced leading a team at a nursery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Build rapport in a friendly manner.

You will lead a team of nursery practitioners and be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
