Full Job Description
- Develop excellent communication with parents and guardians encouraging them to participate in their child's progress and development
- Support the effective daily supervision of the setting, ensuring the security and wellbeing of all children within the room
- Contribute to creating a stimulating and attractive classroom environment
- Contribute to long term, medium and weekly activity plans to cover a range of abilities for all children
- Observe each child's progress and report on achievements
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be creative, have high energy levels and enjoy having fun with the children. You will have a good knowledge of the EYFS and be able to contribute towards an environment for play-based learning., Experience of working in an early years or nursery setting - Recognised Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- DBS certification
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
