NIHR (RRDN) Health and Care Director (MEDICAL) (XN11)

The Regional Research Delivery Network Yorkshire and Humber (RRDN Y&H) will be one of 12 Regional Networks that will replace the existing Local Clinical Research Networks from 1 October 2024 and will support the effective and efficient initiation and delivery of funded research across the health and care system in England for the benefit of patients, the health and care system and the economy.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic leader to undertake a newly created senior role for the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN)., The Health and Care Research Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional (NMAHP) Director will work with the Health and Care Research Medical Director as the senior officers responsible for working with health and care professional leaders to support the development of research delivery leadership and associated staff. In addition and as part of coordinating the work of the regional RRDN Specialty and Settings Leads the HHealth and Care Research Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional (NMAHP) Director will be responsible for coordinating the work of the RRDN Settings Leads.
