Night Team Leader

Join our team here at Watchful Eye Security as our Nights Team Leader. (This is a dual role and will be at an enhanced rate)

As part of our team, you will:

Oversee the night operation of the following standard operating procedures ensuring a safe and secure environment for all

Complete relevant administrative tasks including team Rota's, monitoring hourly check calls, being the first point of call for our night team and escalating issues to the Senior Management Team.

This role is also site-based so there will be tasks to do in addition to this, hourly patrols and monitoring of the premises.

Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issues and set goals for growth

Effectively recruit and book training for the new team.
