Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

We have a new opportunity to join our incredible team at Rathbone Square Apartments as a Residential Concierge on the NIGHT shift. Shift: 4 nights on 4 nights off / 20:00 08:00.

  • Salary - £29,725 pa

  • We need someone who can Look after the residents needs whether is booking restaurants, tickets, laundry service, etc.


  • Rathbone Square is a mixed-use development in Fitzrovia, London W1. Completed in 2017. Rathbone Square provides a unique opportunity to experience Innermost London. Its not just a place to live but a place to connect. Amenities include, 24h Concierge, 18-metre pool, Gym, Residents Lounge, Screening Room, Private Garden, Wine Storage Room, and parking spaces for Penthouses.

    Your responsibilities will include:
  • To provide excellent Concierge services, ensuring the quality & standards, and meeting the expectations of residents on a daily basis.

  • Offering a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.

  • To anticipate the residents needs, including asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to residents preferences and acting on them where possible.

  • Overseeing the safe keeping of the building keys to allow access for visitors, contractors, etc.

  • Contributing to the cleanliness and maintenance of the building by liaising with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

  • Conduct regular site inspections.

  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety, Environmental, Right of Access, and Fire Safety regulations.

  • Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complains.

  • Looking after the residents needs whether is booking restaurants, tickets, laundry service, etc.

  • Handle incoming telephone calls & email inquiries promptly.

  • To ensure that a detailed daily log on is maintained for any incidents, resident requests and shift handover.

  • Carrying our daily pool water testing.

  • Maintain awareness of suspicious persons on property premises working with the security team.

  • Keep the residents personal details up to date, adhering to GDPR to ensuring that the integrity and quality of both computerised and manual data is maintained.

  • Carry out regular inspections of emergency equipment (first aid kit included).

  • Attention to detail on all aspects of the job, whether its resident service or maintaining & managing the building to the required immaculate level.

  • Take ownership and responsibility ensuring you are working effectively and developing close relationships with your colleagues.

  • Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).

  • Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and report them to Residence Manager.

  • Communicate and present information in a clear, organized and persuasive manner, both verbally and where relevant, in written report and presentation.

  • Clearing the boxes and bags from the refuse rooms on the floors.

    Experience working as a Concierge or similar role.

  • Have exceptional communication skills.

  • Understanding of 5-star Customer Service.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
