As part of ForFutures, our Housing Managed Contract team, you'll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • What you'll be doing:
  • Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation.

  • Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers.

  • Managing scheme "protocols", such as visitor policies.

  • Working within health and safety guidelines.

  • Building checks and light domestic duties.

  • Working within safeguarding guidelines.

    Awareness of safeguarding.

  • Confidence and assertiveness, with great communications skills.

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices., Disability Confident
