Network Risk Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Recycling Networks team in a new role as our Risk Analyst. This pivotal role is accountable for proactively assessing and managing our operational risk across the Region, working with our local Networks teams to identify local risk trends and support with identifying the optimal place-based solutions to mitigate risk. You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals all with the goal of protecting the environment and delivering excellent customer service through improving our network resilience and taking a proactive approach in everything that they do.

You will work collaboratively across internal teams and our Alliance partners through utilising data and information to develop a consistent picture of risk and increase the understanding across the business of risk management and mitigation measures., Your key duties will include:

- Coordinate data for risk management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the business.

- Integrate risk management into decision-making for Water Recycling Networks, focusing on maintenance, operations, and investments.

- Capture and maintain risk profiles for operational changes and interventions across Water Recycling Networks.

- Collaborate with Operational teams to develop mitigation plans for known risks and monitor their effectiveness.

- Drive asset status capture across Water Recycling Networks for comprehensive risk visibility.

- Establish a risk-based methodology to assess asset condition and identify critical assets, guiding Maintenance strategies.

Possess robust analytical abilities, capable of dissecting complex data to derive meaningful insights.

- A positive and collaborative approach to relationship management with the drive to work as part of a wider team and focus on the bigger picture.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for effectively managing and analysing information.

- Familiarity with systems like SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.

- Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring accuracy in data management and risk assessment.

- Prioritisation skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively navigating the demands of the role

- Full UK driving licence is essential
