37 hours per week
The IT department consists of a Network Manager, Senior IT Technician and an IT Technician. It is a friendly team who work together to meet the needs of 1450 students and over 200 staff as well as other members of our school community.
The team have a proactive, 'can do' attitude and provide excellent IT provision based increasingly around a cloud model. The school has increasing numbers of touch screen panels and staff teach using Windows, Chromebook and Apple laptops.
Whilst the support teams mainly work on Windows machines, and a small number of departments use macOS, the main student offering of IT in class is Chromebooks. Follow Me printing for all school IT users has added flexibility and reduced cost to the IT offer.
