Full Job Description
- Work with the Client Service Manager to deliver the LRS Convenience and Foodservice strategy through the national field team
- Employ strategic planning and a commercial approach to the field team ways of working
- Lead, manage and inspire the regional field management team to execute the LRS Strategy and objectives to ensure KPI achievement to drive maximum ROI
- Financial control in line with budget requirements
- You have previous sales and field management experience, specifically within FMCG, convenience, or food service.
- Share knowledge and best practice and encourage people to learn new skills, creating opportunities for development
- Maintain a confident and optimistic outlook at work,
- Use many methods to gather information, both formal and informal, and have a strong network of contacts outside of the account.
Salary up to £43,000 per annum DOE + 10% annual bonus + company car. - 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
