Full Job Description

The National Account Manager will act as the lead contact in this key sector by developing new business, servicing existing business and building long standing relations with the UK Vending Industry. Whilst this is a customer facing Account Management role, you will also develop an important relationship with the key internal functions such as R&D, Production and Supply Chain.,

  • Become the ingredients expert for automatic dispense

  • Drive growth for the UK by converting white space within existing customers and winning business with new customers

  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships in the UK Vending Industry.

  • Main customer contact will be with Buyers, Managing Directors and Owner Operators.

  • Creating and implementing an effective business strategy for each of your accounts

  • Negotiating and managing commercial agreements including JBPs

  • Maintaining and reviewing sales performance trackers

  • Utilising NPI activation


  • Scope:

  • Management of Buying Groups and their Members, Key Wholesalers and large Independent Operators

  • Geographical coverage across the entire UK & ROI

  • This is a out-based role with hot-desk availability at both BC sites (Chester & Banbury)

    Track record in optimising opportunities and gaining incremental sales

  • Strong presentation & interpersonal skills both internally and externally

  • Excellent forecasting skills and comfortable with data

  • Desire to grow as an individual, and constantly strive for more


  • Experience and knowledge of the UK Vending Industry is essential

  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written

  • An ability to manipulate data, with strong computer literacy

  • A full understanding of margin development
