Full Job Description
- You'll inspire and lead a team of Mortgage Advisors responsible for delivering advice and submitting up to 30 applications per month (all customers will be prequalified by our qualification team).
- You'll support your team with criteria and lender knowledge helping them place cases where required.
- Provide regular training to ensure your team members advice and recommendations are correct and provide sign-offs for Trainee Mortgage Advisors.
- Partner closely with our internal Pre Application, Case Management and Internal Underwriting teams to ensure we are delivering to the highest standards and working effectively.
- Lead regular 1:1 and group training across all key areas of the customer journey and internal quality processes.
- Act as a feedback loop to our Product and Technology teams as we continuously enhance our platform, customer journey and service model
- Haysto's core values should be at the forefront of everything you do - to ensure we deliver judgement free service to those who need it the most
You'll be CeMap qualified - Have 4+ years experience managing a team of Mortgage Advisors.
- Excellent communication abilities with an ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to deliver amazing customer experience and results.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members and work effectively across different teams. i.e. Compliance, Operations, Delivery etc.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement.
- Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders is an advantage but not required.
