Full Job Description
- Processing mortgage applications - ensuring all applications are accurate and complete.
- Organising and processing an active case load.
- Ensure all supporting documentation has been provided.
- Produce written correspondance to clients and lenders.
- Communicate regulary via telephone and email with clients, lenders,solicitors through to legal completion delivering excellant customer service.
- Working with the team to meet SLA levels.
We are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join our award-winning Mortgage Brokers. The successful applicant must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong administrative, IT and telephone Skills. You should be able to intergrate into our busy office environment and interact with the mortgage brokers and Administration staff., Education level to GCSE. - Confident in using Microsoft software.
- Strong comunication skills face to face and using the telephone.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST.
- Must have to ability to engage with others and be a team player.
£29,000 a year - Temporary contract
