The main purpose of the role is:

Lead and motivate our dedicated Specialist Debt Advice Team, ensuring we achieve our goals and deliver outstanding service.
Directly support clients with complex debt situations, empowering them to regain financial stability.
Manage service delivery across multiple channels, ensuring accessibility for all.
Continuously improve our processes and find innovative ways to support our clients.
Build strong relationships with external partners to expand our reach and impact., Following the appointment of our new CEO, this is an exciting time to join Citizens Advice Leicestershire. We are working on refreshing our purpose, values and setting our long term strategy to ensure we are fit for the future; this role will play an influential part in this work. Have a passion for financial guidance and helping people achieve stability.
Be a natural leader with a focus on collaboration and team development.
Bring a strong foundation in debt advice, with a MAPS-recognised qualification (or near completion) and demonstrated success in guiding clients through complex debt situations.
Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
