Full Job Description

  • Coach support and mentor new and existing employees

  • Assist with other requirements as directed by the Deputy as and when necessary

  • Being flexible and able to work across the branch guarding districts (GDs)

  • Assist with investigation process when needed

  • Flexibility to attend training

  • Ensure the correct key management process is followed when removing and replacing keys.

  • Ensure all assignments (jobs) are always completed in line with the site's assignment instructions.

  • Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner

  • Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience

  • Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities

  • Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.

  • Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.

  • Conduct external patrols & duties.

  • Maintain all logbooks and records, ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.

  • Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to management.

  • During patrols, switch off unnecessary lights and close windows.

  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Management.

    Full SIA Licence

  • CCTV Licence

  • 1+ years security experience

  • Right to work in the UK with a five-year checkable employment history

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus

  • Polite and proactive but able to follow instructions

  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

  • Problem solving skills

  • Able to manage a large team and lead by example

  • IT literate

  • Remain vigilant at all times
