Mobile Operations Support Officer

This position will allow you to work as part of a friendly experienced team, who will help guide you and provide you with the correct training in order to complete this role.

The successful candidate must be a hardworking individual who is motivated and passionate about exceeding our customer expectations. Your objective will be to assist the Head office team in providing excellent customer service, reporting back to the Contracts and Operations Manager., Duties include:

• Responding to alarm activations


• Lock-ups/un-locks


• Conducting welfare visits with guards via telephone and video calls.


• Assisting with scheduling and control room duties


• Compiling reports for the management team


• Daily vehicle checks


• Answering incoming calls and enquiries


• Managing staff allocation in the event of absence


• Conducting patrols

• Valid SIA Frontline License


• IT literate


• Full 5 Years employment/education history.


• Valid Driving License


• Must reside within 10 miles of Head office (Aylesbury/ Leighton Buzzard/ Milton Keynes or the surrounding area)


Preferred Requirements:

• First Aid Trained (Certified)


• Experience in the security industry


• Excellent customer service skills


• Clear and direct commutation skills [Written and verbal], IT: 1 year (required)


• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)


• Communication skills: 2 years (preferred)


• Security Industry: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)


• Driving Licence (required)


• SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
  
  From £27,300 a year - Permanent, Pay Rate: £27,300 with potential to earn up to £28,392 with our bonus scheme


Working Hours: 2000 - 0800 on a 4 on 4 off rotation
