As a Mobile App Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience through the app. Your expertise will be vital in driving more engagement and satisfaction among users. You will lead the seamless execution of strategies, ensuring alignment across channels and delivering unparalleled user satisfaction. Your responsibilities:

1. App Merchandising Strategy and Execution

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for the mobile shopping app to deliver a unique user experience and ensure alignment of commercial campaigns across channels.

- Collaborate with the communication and commercial teams to ensure merchandising efforts and goals are aligned.

- Curate and select products, services, and unique selling points to be featured on the mobile app homepage.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and user preferences to adapt the merchandising approach accordingly.

2. App Activation and Exclusive Promotions Execution

- Plan and execute App Activation: Web to App penetration.

- Enhance the in-store shopping experience by communicating App benefits and Loyalty Programs to gain new users.

- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

- Make data-driven decisions to optimise the app's trading and merchandising strategies.

3. App Activation and Promotion Performance Reporting

- Utilise data analytics to assess the performance of products and overall merchandising efforts.

- Monitor and evaluate promotions and app-exclusive benefits, and recommend enhancements accordingly.

- Communicate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies to stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries.

4. Responsible for Customer Feedback Management

- Respond to users and effectively communicate updates or solutions.

- Organise feedback data, spot trends, and collaborate with relevant teams to make necessary changes or add features.

  • You are passionate about sports!

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or app marketing.

  • Proficient in agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Trello

  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

  • Customer-focused approach, responsive to user feedback for feature enhancement

  • Proactive problem-solving through analysis of feedback data and collaboration with teams

  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
