Tasks:


• Take responsibility for the success of our product


• Boost our sales by developing a scalable marketing & communication strategy


• Set and achieve strategic goals related to digital advertising and marketing campaign initiatives


• Ensure a clear line in all of our marketing activities across all channels: from the idea to the execution


• Take care of customer activation & retention


• Take responsibility for the expansion of our markets and target groups


• Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them


• Grow a team around you based on your success
  
  Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar role


• At least 4 years of work experience in a similar business environment (App background & experience in performance marketing is an advantage)


• Knowledge in pricing, conversion optimization and data analysis


• Experience in planning, managing and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns, Can't wait to grow our company by working strategically, multitasking, and prioritizing actions that lead to results


• Thrive when working autonomously and taking responsibility for setting and meeting goals based on KPIs


• Prefer getting things done over needless bureaucracy and meetings that could have been emails


• Consider yourself an expert at finding & implementing growth hacks


• Have excellent prioritization skills - especially if you love the Pareto principle


• Face the chaos of a growing team by saying: I will define a process


• Have a strong ability to prioritize tasks in regards to results, meet deadlines and excite customers with the right wordings


• Are fluent in English (German or Russian is an advantage)
