Minister of Religion

· Be a committed evangelical/Pentecostal Christian.
· Have an ability to prepare bible study manuals and teach it. Be able to lead contemporary congregational worship. Proven experience of being part of an in-person and digital evangelism drive

· The ideal candidate should be able to organise lead and offer pastoral care youths and young adults.

· Understand the West African culture (at least have ability to speak one local West African language) and having capacity to minister to the need's peculiar to that ethnic group.

· Be of exemplary character befitting the position of a Christian minister and should be be fully born again in Christ.

· Evidence of training in the role and pastoral ordination may be required (Recommendation from the local pastor may suffice)

· Ability and experience in playing any musical instrument while leading worship in an African context will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Offer pastoral support to people from different cultures, minority ethnic groups, especially those whose first language is primarily not English and understand some of the challenges and complexities that these migrants who have relocated normally face.

· The Candidate must be able to support the Lead Pastor/ leadership in growing the ministry.
