To manage the MHE fleet, ensuring that it is maintained correctly and that all users are suitably qualified

To promote and foster a culture of working safely and supporting the development of the team and the individuals within it

To manage the MHE fleet, ensuring that it is maintained, fit for purpose and all issues are escalated correctly

To deliver mandatory health and safety training, as qualified, e.g. manual handling; health and safety inductions

To manage all training records, ensuring all records are compliant and proactively managed

To constantly monitor driving standards within the warehouse, identifying concerns and acting upon them

To work with the MHE supplier to agree onsite costs and make every effort to mitigate these costs where possible

To set and meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy

To foster a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns and celebrating success
