Full Job Description

GXO is looking to hire a MHE Trainer to be based at our multi-user site in Ollerton, to support new staff and ensure that they are trained to the right competence levels in the correct time frames. In this role, you would help to deliver MHE training to meet operational and legal requirements for the site.,

  • Take responsibility for the delivery of site inductions and manual handling training for all new starters

  • Ensure that all existing GXO colleagues receive annual refresher training

  • Collaborate with the QHSE Manager in planning and updating the site training matrix

  • Assist with any accident/incident investigations on site

    The role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility maybe required!, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £27,500 per annum and 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
