Ciceley Commercials Ltd, an award-winning, family-owned Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealership is looking for an experienced Customer Service Operator to join the reception team at our Head Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing incoming calls for the Sales, Service and Parts departments across all our sites, as well as making outbound customer service calls and assisting to cleanse our CRM database. You will be responsible for greeting visitors to Head Office and assisting with administration duties for Head Office. Our Head Office reception is often the first point of contact for our customers and so exceptional customer service skills both over the phone and in person are essential.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and a natural communicator.

Main responsibilities will include:

· Managing incoming sales calls for the group

o Understanding and qualifying caller requirements

o Transferring callers to relevant member of the sales team

o Adding caller's details and enquiry to CRM system

· Taking overflow calls from the Service and Parts departments across the group, taking messages and ensuring these are followed up

· Conducting sales and service follow up calls, capturing and recording feedback from a recent experience

· Conducting call backs for missed calls for the group

· Checking, reporting and escalating messages not followed up within the required times

· Conducting customer service calls, checking customer's current needs

· Greeting visitors, signing in /out

· Organising incoming and franking outgoing post

· Previous reception and/or customer service experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work

Desirable Criteria

· Previous motor trade experience -

The successful candidate will be provided with the necessary training on our call handling and CRM systems.

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is an award winning, Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer with sites in Blackburn, Bolton, Carlisle and Dumfries. We are a family run business, established over 50 years ago and currently employ over 240 people. The Customer Service/Reception role is based at our Head Office in Blackburn which is ideally located on the edge of Blackburn town centre, it has plenty of onsite parking and is close to the train station and local bus routes.

Location - Blackburn
Hours: Part Time, 20 hours per week, 1.30pm to 5.30pm
