Full Job Description

As a Mental Health Navigator (Rough Sleepers), you will work on an outreach basis across Crawley supporting people who are rough sleeping, struggling to access mental health services and need support with their wellbeing.

You will work across the borough and identify hard to reach individuals who would benefit from additional support such as signposting and making referrals to other local services, collecting and distributing food parcels, assisting people to appointments and delivering a range of interventions.

We are looking for approachable, warm, and empathetic people who have a passion for supporting others.

You should have at least two years' experience of working within homelessness, outreach, and/or mental health services.

You have great people skills, can build effective partnerships with a range of support services and have the ability to work autonomously across the borough.

Emerging Futures (EF) works across the country to support people affected by homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. Our greatest resource is our people, so we also offer generous annual leave, pension, employee assistance programme and other benefits.
