o Administrative Support: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and handling phone and email communications.
o Medical Transcription: Accurately transcribe medical notes and documents, ensuring they are complete and up to date.
o Patient Liaison: Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a positive experience.
o Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team, including consultants and nurses, to facilitate the smooth operation of the department.
o Data Management: Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
