Answering telephone
Making appointments
Receiving patients - greeting patients with a polite attitude
Filing patient medical records
Completion of forms and other office paperwork
Provide administration support to reception practice team
Use of computer system to access patient medical records and other information
Use of photocopier
Training
Assisting Doctors with patients as required
Attend practice meetings as necessary
