Full Job Description
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Conduct repairs and ensure proper functioning of mechanical plant and equipment.
- Service air conditioning (AC) and fan coil units (FCU).
- Update and maintain maintenance logs accurately.
- Report issues and provide updates promptly.
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2-3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
- Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance., Facilities maintenance: 3 years (required)
- Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds/NVQ (Mechanical) or equivalent (required)
