Full Job Description

To support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements and provide a high quality supportive secretarial service to the Medical, Surgical and Emergency Care Matron team. To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved., The post holder will be a key member of the Hospital Secretarial Management Team providing an accurate and confidential administration service to the Matrons and their associated work streams. Support the Matrons and other health professionals with thecreation of best practice and processes, supporting diary management, workload and co-ordination of appointments and admissions related information for patients and carers.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
