Maternity Support Worker

Florence Park Midwifery Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic caring person to work within our community midwifery team. You would provide care and support to new mothers in a variety of settings. As part of this role you would be expected to provide additional support to some of the vulnerable pregnant women and their families, assist mothers to successfully breast feed, as well as support the local midwives.

You will need to be a car driver and car owner. You must be flexible and be happy to work during the day (shifts 08:30-16:30 hours) including weekends. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. You will need to have a care certificate qualification. You will be provided with an on the job training., An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, committed and passionate midwife to join the Florence Park Midwifery Team as a Maternity Support Worker.
