Full Job Description

The Marketing Programmes Specialist will support the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering high quality incentive programmes to promote Kia UK's retail sales. The individual will be a key part of the development, accurate budgeting and presentation of new quarterly campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of Kia to improve our retail sales and finance penetration. This role will also involve working closely with the Field Team and Kia Finance to ensure our offers have the maximum impact.

Analytical

  • Key senior member of the Marketing Programmes team, with the specific responsibility of modelling and controlling the substantial KUK incentive spend

  • Active involvement in presentations to Senior Management as part of quarterly campaign sign off processes

  • Consolidate the quarterly incentive actuals and ensure the quality of the data, to accurately calculate and forecast the quarterly incentive spend

  • Produce monthly performance and benchmark reports including PCP/PCH benchmarks and performance dashboards

  • Lead on the development of ad-hoc reporting to support key business decisions

  • Support with the European Quarterly Business Review process

  • Lead Marketing Programmes elements of the Incentive Management System

  • Develop exciting and impactful quarterly campaigns to support Kia UKs retail performance

  • Generate new ideas for how we approach our campaigns

  • Work closely with the wider marketing and PR teams to ensure effective communication of all campaigns and offers

  • Create key commercial updates and presentations providing excellent exposure to all areas of KUK

  • Assist with the creation of the quarterly programmes guide and shape the news content to ensure key messages are clear and engaging

  • Implement payments to dealers for specific incentives and manage queries, while working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our winning team as we seek an enthusiastic and highly motivated Marketing Programmes Specialist. Working as part of the Marketing department, you will take responsibility for managing substantial budgets, our relationship with Kia Finance, and contributing towards our market-leading campaigns.


  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about consumer finance, value process and improvements, and analytical with a good attention to data accuracy teamed with great communication skills. They will be the go-to person and expert on our offers and dealer-facing communications.,
  • Educated to degree level or relevant industry experience

  • Minimum two years' work experience in an analytical / numerical role

  • Experience of SAP and PowerPoint is desirable

  • Excellent knowledge and proficient in Excel

  • Highly numerate and displaying strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Excellent self-starter with string ability to work both within a team and under one's own initiative

  • Experience of being able to manage cross-company projects to a high standard
