Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Operations Assistant to join our team. The Marketing and Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks in support of the CEO. This will involve the management of both marketing and operational projects, proof reading the layout and text of marketing material and online messaging, administration of brand guidelines, contract review and management, and project work as required by the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, a self-starter able to manage projects to a timed conclusion with a good attention to detail.

Duties:
- Reporting to the CEO to provide administrative support to the marketing and operations teams
- Home working with occasional remote meetings required.

- Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating schedules and tracking progress
- Manage and update the company website.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness
- Assist with copywriting for various marketing materials
- Oversee social media management and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle general office duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence including customer complaints

Proven experience in marketing and operations or a similar role, ideally in a dental or medical setting.

- Remote based but located in London or the south with access to Fleet.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects working with other stake holders to ensure completion to time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and analytics tools
- Familiarity with copywriting techniques for marketing materials
- Experience in social media management and engagement strategies
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
- Exceptional time management abilities,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

    Pay: £18,149.88-£34,813.06 per year
