SAP Concur are seeking a creative, innovative, and data-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA SMB organisation. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic marketing campaigns, optimising brand visibility, and generating impactful demand generation programs.

As a SMB Field Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with local sales teams and collaborate with both regional and global marketing functions to deliver compelling marketing strategies. Your ability to blend creativity with analytical insights will be instrumental in developing tailored programs that resonate with our diverse customer base.

Objectives:

  • Deliver field marketing programs in collaboration with new business sales.

  • Input into the EMEA new business field marketing strategy.

  • Optimise the buying experience through tailored account and contact experiences.

  • Monitor, analyse, report, and optimise campaign performance against program objectives and pipeline goals.

  • Support wider EMEA marketing programs as required.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams and support outbound activity:


  • Use data to identify insights and trends to create tailored programs.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to create new experiences aligned to the GTM strategy.

  • Provide regular updates to sales to support outbound activity.

  • Be the primary sales contact for any marketing queries and provide feedback and insights to the wider marketing teams.


  • Work with the EMEA marketing team to create the UKI marketing plan aligned to the EMEA SMB GTM strategy, objectives, and pipeline targets.

  • Build exceptional relationships with channel owners in local, regional, and global teams to deliver against the UKI plan:


  • Create seamless, integrated buying experiences that are highly engaging to increase engagement.

  • Support global and regional teams to deliver wider programs as necessary.


  • Regular reporting against targets and program objectives


  • Continuously optimising programs, providing insights and feedback to channel owners.


  • Provide meaningful, data backed and relevant insights.


  • Evolve and adapt processes to enhance performance.

  • Adapt programs to market trends and insights.


  • Other key skills:
  • Analytics - Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive improved performance.

  • Platform experience - Salesforce, Marketo, Reachdesk, Demandbase, Tableau


  • Channel experience - digital (email, social, PPC, SEO), events (in person, virtual), direct mail/gifting, sales activated programs (outbound).

    Experience working in a field B2B marketing role.

  • Must be extremely well organised and detail-oriented with excellent project management, collaboration and communication skills.

  • Action orientated with a focus on delivering results against objectives and timescales.

  • Ability to proactively work independently, but also as a cross functional team.

  • Working in a fast-paced, target driven sales environment., Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
