Full Job Description

This role will spearhead digital marketing and campaign implementation for Camp Beaumont UK. This marketing role will centre on developing campaign concepts, creating automated and captivating email marketing campaigns, securing advertising with third-party platforms, launching competitions and collaborations with our partners, and providing support for website maintenance and enhancement.,

  • Working with the Camp Beaumont Marketing Manager to devise and deliver a coordinated marketing plan that aligns with key booking windows, ensuring measurable and multi-channel activities.

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts for engaging campaigns, collaborate with the design team to bring these ideas to life, and implement them across agreed channels at the appropriate times.

  • Act as a point of contact for our digital advertising agency, providing them with content, artwork, and information to ensure our PPC and social media adverts are running effectively and delivering agreed levels of ROI.

  • Monitor website analytics and Google Studio dashboards to track the effectiveness of campaigns, ROI, and identify areas of opportunity and improvement.

  • Research and assist with the management of third-party website listings and advertising packages, booking timely digital display and sponsored content.

  • Collaborate with the social media executive and content and PR lead by providing them with information and messaging to write and schedule. Support blog management and content creation when required.

  • Work with the Marketing Manager and web agency to incrementally improve and develop the website, optimizing the customer journey to increase engagement and conversion.

  • Actively encourage the collection of images, videos, and summaries of activities at Camp Beaumont locations through the team WhatsApp. Proactively assist the social media executive with the management and organization of content to ensure approved and compliant content is shared on social media channels in a timely manner.

  • Work with third-party suppliers including mailing houses, printers, and design agencies where required.

  • Monitor competitor activity and conduct ad hoc research projects as defined by the marketing manager.

  • Provide clear and detailed briefs to the design team and collaborate with them to produce gifs, videos, campaign assets, infographics, flyers, and brochures when required.

  • Ensure messaging, design, and tone of voice are consistent with brand positioning across all channels.

  • Support the marketing manager with the marketing budget, ensuring spend is documented, and reports are available for finance when required.

  • Support the Marketing Manager with admin tasks, for example operational communications to Camp Beaumont parents, and organizing Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires.

  • Assist and support the marketing team with additional tasks (such as events and photo shoots, etc.) as required to aid with the smooth running of the department.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

    Great people skills, with an open and collaborative approach to work

  • Understands key digital marketing principles and is keen to learn more

  • Good copywriting and attention to detail is needed for this role

  • Ability to work productively in a small team, and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels

  • Organised, conscientious and data driven

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, keeping to agreed deadlines

  • Must be able to see how their role integrates with the bigger picture
