Full Job Description
- Responsible for managing all marketing activity for trade accounts.
- Work with the sales team, retailers & EU execution team on shop-in-shop installations.
- Keep clear and frequent communication with sales teams on in-store marketing material available for retailers.
- Follow the EU Marketing calendar and work with local sales teams on marketing initiatives.
- Manage any trade advertising and editorial requirements.
- Management of our annual trade shows, with support from the brand manager and other teams.
- Manage email marketing sent via MailChimp
- Work with brand partners on collaborative activity to promote our brands and theirs.
- Manage regular posting across social media channels and community management
- Brief and manage the entire influencer process
- Work closely across functions to ensure all teams are aware of upcoming marketing initiatives.
- Creating regular reports for EU teams on UK marketing activities.
- Briefing marketing material requirements to our in-house design agency.
Are you a self-motivated marketer? - Entrepreneurial drive, a "can-do" mindset, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric personality.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing-related role
- An ambitious goal-setter
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Tech savvy and has a good knowledge of Microsoft programs but is also comfortable learning new software.
- Lives within a reasonable commuting distance from our head office in Kibworth, Leicestershire.
