Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

As well as supplying electricity to the National Grid, our processes are sustainable and use only renewable electricity & heat generated on site and include the drying and pelleting of:

1. Digestate (the nutrient rich end product of Anaerobic Digestion) as plant food, soil enricher and fertiliser

2. Waste wood for energy and pet supplies

3. Straw for animal bedding.

These products are sold and distributed to consumers and commercial wholesale buyers. UKBiogas is looking for someone to utilise their qualified marketing skills (new or experienced) to include product design, branding and distribution packaging across traditional and digital platforms to expand our offering and brand particularly to the consumer retail market.

Duties:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and drives conversions
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities
- Oversee social media management, creating engaging content and monitoring performance
- Utilise Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximise ROI
- Collaborate with the IT department and fulfilment partners to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools
- Write compelling copy for various marketing materials

Experience in Google Analytics to track and analyse marketing performance
- Ability to market products effectively to target audiences
- Skilled in social media management across various platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
