Full Job Description

The day-to-day involves…

  • working closely with project managers, sales and content teams to come up with creative ways to meet client briefs and objectives

  • assessing deliverability of, and advising sales teams on, KPIs and yields

  • mentoring and/or line managing marketing executive(s)

  • planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to deliver KPIs across our magazines/websites

  • writing and proofing creative and effective marketing copy across email, social, display and more - then executing, tracking and reporting campaign impact

  • using social and PPC strategies to engage wider audiences - as well as using our marketing database well

  • seeing what's working - and changing tactics as you go

  • working with clients and internal people on campaign progress

    good marketing experience in a related field

    Join our dynamic Content Labs team at Haymarket Business Media, where every day presents a new and exciting challenge as a Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be instrumental in shaping our strategy and distributing engaging commercial content across a diverse range of B2B magazines and websites.

    In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, leveraging your creativity and strategic insight to promote a variety of content formats, including custom events (live, virtual, and hybrid), webinars, expert reports, surveys, and more. Whether it's in sectors like advertising, wind power, HR, or charities, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

    This role isn't just about marketing-it's about connecting with people and industries, understanding their needs, and delivering content that adds value and sparks interest.
