- Related to development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns and strategies across all aspects of Cloud Student Homes, but with the main focus on:
- Content Writing
- Art Working
- SEO & PPC Advertising management
- Liaising with partners on availability
- Excellent written communication skills
- Creative and Innovative marketing campaigns and art work
- Organising and executing work, particularly administrative tasks, in a clear manner
- Contribute to the continuing development of Cloud Student Homes
- Carry out such other tasks as may from time to time be assigned to them

Customer Service
To ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times by:
Assist in creating engaging content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Monitor and manage our social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and open days.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases.
Work closely with other departments, such as the leasing and property management teams, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
